While the resort has a lot going for it, including spacious rooms and friendly staff, there were definitely some downsides. I encountered issues with the room's amenities and the dining experience left much to be desired. However, there's a decent atmosphere for families, which is a plus, especially for those with kids looking for activities.

While the facility has some positive features like cleanliness and winter activities, the lack of attention to customer needs and the outrageously poor communication really stood out as major drawbacks.
